We reserve the right to take full payment if a valet is cancelled on the day of booking or we turn up and the vehicle is unavailable. This reflects the fact that our time is valuable and we can not afford to loose half a days work. If you need to rescedule your valet please let us know as soon as possiblbe but please bear in mind that you may have yo wait for up to three weeks for another suitable booking date as we do get busy.
